Absolute fire. Better than Chick-Fil-A and Caines. Prices are slightly lower than them as well and you support a local business. From PA and stopped in after seeing a funny insta reel. Glad we stopped it. Got the Strip Sandwich and it was so good. Fries as well. Syrup with their garlic bread hit different.

Amazing food, exceptionally clean dining room, and excellent service! Our order taker Zoe was very prompt and kind, and everything was hot! Will be returning!

Best chicken place in all of Cleveland. Chicken and sauce are (or at least taste) handmade in the restaurant, so delicious! Amazing homemade seasoning on the chicken and fries. Good homemade slaw. Everything tasted perfect as usual. Employees are kind and quick and service was great. Been coming here for many months now and will continue to do so! I’m trying to get all my family and friends to try this place!

If I could give the Crispy Chick 100 stars I would! I absolutely love coming here when I'm near! This was my first time trying and they did NOT disappoint! I'm working on my fourth or fifth time now and my food is always hot and very pleasantly seasoned! This is my favorite restaurant now! Try their signature sandwich, you won't be disappointed

From the moment we walked in, we knew we were in for something special. The aroma of freshly fried chicken filled the air, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Our kids ordered the Signature Chicken Sandwich Combo, and they absolutely loved it. The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and unbelievably juicy inside. The seasoning was spot-on, and the sandwich had the right balance of crunch and tenderness. The bun was soft and fresh, making it even better. My wife and I went with the Tenders Meal, and we were beyond impressed. The tenders were large, crispy, and packed with flavor, not greasy or overly breaded like some places. They had that perfect crunch while staying juicy inside. The fries were golden and crispy—just how we like them—and the dipping sauces complemented everything perfectly. What really stood out was the quality of the chicken. You can tell they use fresh ingredients, and it makes all the difference. Honestly, I enjoyed it even more than Raising Cane’s—the crunch, the flavor, and the overall experience were just on another level. A nice personal touch: inside our bag, we found a thank you card letting us know our order was prepared by Tiphani. It’s small details like this that make the experience even better, showing they truly care about their customers. Overall, The Crispy Chick is a 10/10 for us. I went in today to grab dinner & as always the experience was amazing. The ladies that worked tonight were freaking phenomenal. It’s always a pleasure to go into an establishment & know you are being taken care of from start to finish. Because the experience was amazing I wanted to tip the ladies, but unfortunately there was no way for me to do so. Wish there was an option or a jar available for those moments when the customer service was excellent! Thank you to those ladies for such an amazing experience

Phenomenal compliments to the chef! I recommend the wraps they get you fuller and with the fries they’re delicious seasoned fries are totally worth it ! I’ve also had their tenders and spicy chicken sandwiches are also delicious fresh real chicken ! Black owned woman owned small business all straight good ingredients WORTH EVERY DIME !

Run, don’t walk to The Crispy Chick! I saw this on a morning news program sometime back and added to my list to try. Might be the best chicken I’ve ever had! Location is easy to find, restaurant is clean and staff was very friendly. So, so good. We will be back! My only complaint was the coleslaw. Albeit delicious, the portion size was literally one bite. It came in a plastic container that was more of a sauce cup! Probably just an employee error so, not upset by it at all, just hope that’s not the norm.
